Kailin Liu is the assistant professor at the Department of Public Management and Policy at Tunghai University in Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong, specializing in nonprofit management, and a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University-Bloomington. She has been working as the General Secretary for Social Value Taiwan since 2020. She used to work as a researcher for Taiwan NPO Self-regulation Alliance, a senior associate for CSR Services at PwC Taiwan, and a post-doctoral researcher and adjunct assistant professor at National Central University (NCU). Social Value International has accredited her as the SROI trainer and the Level 3: Social Value Advanced Practitioner. She has been devoted to applying Social Return on Investment to assist nonprofits, social enterprises, and the government in accessing and managing their social impacts and responding to stakeholders’ needs.
