Chien Hung, Jonathan, Lai is an experienced Senior Project Manager who worked at the Institute for Information Industry, where he managed numerous scientific development projects for the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In addition, he served as a Research Officer for the Board of Science and Technology, Executive Yuan, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, focusing on national technology planning and management. He played a key role in drafting Taiwan's 5G Strategy Program. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Project Management and Computer Science from Northwestern University and DePaul University.
