Adam has worked in the field of social value and impact management for over 17 years and has been privileged to meet many people from around the world who are committed to creating a better world. As Director of Impact for Social Value International (SVI), he supports the creation and delivery of training programs to global communities of practitioners. He is also a member of the SVIs methodology committee and continues to develop the standards and methodology to optimize impacts. He remains a committed practitioner and works with individuals and organizations to develop their capacity to better understand and manage their impacts.
